State-certified, the Home Health Aide has been trained to provide hands-on, personal care providing physical and emotional support to patients in their homes under the direction of a RN or LVN. Additional related services such as light house keeping or laundry may also be required depending on the Plan of Care and individual case parameters, as outlined by the registered nurse.

Requirements: Certified by the State's Board of Nursing as a Certified Home Health Aide, excellent communication skills are required to build effective working relationships with the customer and their families. Organizational skills as well as dedication to seniors are preferred qualifications.
